Has there even been a show more apt for the phrase ‘let him cook’ than The Bear? Probably not – and there’s good news, since Carmy (aka Jeremy Allen White) is about to serve up even more televisual excellence in the upcoming Season 3, heading back into the kitchen with Ayo Edebiri’s Syd and Ebon Moss-Bachrach’s Richie and more for another batch of beautiful, stressful, cathartic calamity. The first teaser has dropped for the new season, and while it doesn’t reveal much (it’s more vibes than plot), it does unveil that the new episodes will drop on 27 June. That’s just around the “CORNER!” Give the trailer a watch:

The thought of more succulent comedy-drama from The Bear after the stunning heights of Season 2 is mouth-watering – and there’s especially good news for UK viewers. While we had to wait a while for the episodes to reach our shores last time around, there’ll be no gap here between the US and UK releases. The full Season 3 will drop on Disney+ in the UK on 27 June. Mark that day in your calendars now. Can we get a, ‘Yes chef!’ on that one please?

Here’s the synopsis: “Season 3 follows Carmy, Sydney and Richie as they do what it takes to elevate The Bear, their beef stand turned fine dining establishment, to the highest level, all while doing their best just to stay in business. It’s a losing battle every single day in the restaurant business. Carmy pushes himself harder than ever, and demands excellence from his crew, who do their best to match his intensity. Their quest for culinary excellence will propel the crew to new levels and stress the bonds that hold the restaurant together. As the team grows in size, each member will strive to reach a greater level of service within their role. In the restaurant industry, you’re never on solid ground, and with that ever-changing landscape comes new challenges and opportunities. Our chefs have learned that every second counts, but this season we’ll find out if they have what it takes to make it to tomorrow.”

Will Carmy make it out of the walk-in fridge? (Probably.) Are we due another Taylor Swift singalong from Richie? (We hope so.) Will Syd prove once again that nobody is doing it like Ayo Edebiri right now? (Certainly.) See you on the waitlist.
