Zack Snyder's Watchmen is now a week into shooting, which is a great relief for those who have followed the film for years and were worried it would never happen. To mark the occasion, Snyder has posted his first video diary from the set of the film, which you can see here.
He doesn't give away much about what to expect, other than obviously the comic book's story of a disbanded group of superheroes (although most of them don't really possess any powers) who reunite when a serial killer starts picking off their kind. But, if unruly facial hair and lots of smiling is a sign that a movie is going well, then this is going to be a stone cold classic.
