Directed by Pierre Morel, and also starring Jonathan Rhys-Meyers, the film pits a young diplomat and eccentric CIA agent against the dark forces of terrorism, and then gives them a shoulder-mounted rocket launcher. This proves a bad idea, at least for the highways and byways of the French capital.
