He already has Jodie Foster aboard for his mysterious new thriller Hotel Artemis, and writer/director Drew Pearce is preparing to expand the cast. Star Trek Beyond's Sofia Boutella is now in talks.

Pearce, who will make his full-length directorial debut with the movie, is keeping the details to himself for now, though it's apparently a sci-fi thriller. Foster is reportedly playing someone called The Nurse, but we naturally know nothing about what Boutella will be doing in the movie, assuming she makes a deal.

Simon and Stephen Cornwell's The Ink Factory is backing the film, with Pearce also serving as an executive producer alongside Adam Siegel and Marc Platt. The rights for the film will be up for grabs at this month's Cannes Film Festival market.

Boutella will be back on our screens on 9 June in The Mummy, where she plays the title character. She'll also be seen in Atomic Blonde, out on 11 August.
