Despite the heated back-and-forth between Scarlett Johansson and Disney about the lawsuit she filed over her earnings from Black Widow in the wake of the film's joint cinema/Disney+ debut, the resolution of that legal squabble appears to have smoothed things over. As revealed during this weekend's American Cinematheque celebration of her career, Johansson will work with Marvel again something new.
“We already are working with Scarlett on another not Black Widow-related top-secret Marvel Studios project,” MCU boss Kevin Feige announced, pointing to her likely producing a new movie or TV series for the company. Naturally, Marvel isn't saying anything about it, so we'll have to wait and see what it might be.
That's in addition to her planned Disney film, adapting theme park ride Tower Of Terror, which she's still attached to produce and potentially star in.
