Fiendish torture fan Jigsaw might not be in the best of shape, but that hasn’t stopped him unleashing his usual brand of terror on yet another bunch of unsuspecting citizens.
Yes, the teaser trailer for Saw III is here and features a lightning-quick assortment of footage from the movie (mostly people in agony, which, let’s face it, is what the Saw fans are after) along with biblical pronouncements from the twisted genius (Tobin Bell) behind it all.
This time around he’s recruited apprentice Amanda (Shawnee Smith) to help him as he lies dying. They kidnap Dr Lynn Denlon (Bahar Soomekh) and threaten her life if she doesn’t keep Jigsaw going. Also relying on her help is Jess (Angus Macfadyen), another of Jiggy’s victims, who is caught in a terrible test of his own. Oh, and little do either of them realise that Jigsaw and Amanda have a bigger plan for them. Blood gushing and tooth-pulling horror aside, isn’t in nice when people reach out to the community and offer training to younger people?
