Salma Hayek Set For Rom Com

Salma Hayek, who is currently very heavily pregnant and trying to break the world record for bra size (scientists say they may have to invent new letters in order to accommodate her), has lined up her first post-baby role.

Hayek will star in and produce a currently untitled romantic comedy for Walt Disney Pictures. The film, written by Ed Decter and John Strauss, centres on a conservative doctor who is, understandably, taken aback to find that the ex-boyfriend of his fiancee (Hayek) is a Latin international superstar who intends to win back his lost love. Wackiness, by contractual obligation, ensues.

Hayek hasn't had a big comedy hit at the box office (let us not speak of Chain of Fools) but small roles in Ugly Betty, Dogma, Once Upon A Time In Mexico and the like suggest she has the chops.
