The stars of **Arthur **were out in force for the movie's London premiere last night. Russell Brand and Helen Mirren celebrated their return to homesoil with a cheeky snog, while Greta Gerwig and director Jason Winer also did the red carpet thing at the 02. Watch the ensueing fun and frolics below.

The remake of 1981 Dudley Moore comedy has Hollywood's Brit comic of the moment Brand in the title role. He's a feckless squillionaire required to smarten his act up and marry Jennifer Garner's socialite before mum (Geraldine James) takes his inheritance away. Mirren's servant Hobson is in charge of keeping him on the straight and narrow.

Will money or love, in the shape of Greta Gerwig's dreamgirl, conquer? Modern Family veteran Winer is behind the camera, with **Borat **and The Day Today writer Peter Baynham the man providing the chuckles. Check out the trailer here.
