After keeping generations of kiddies (and a whole bunch of adults) on tenterhooks for more than a decade, J.K. Rowling finally released the title of the final book – and, therefore, film - in her boy wizard series. Get used to hearing the words Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows.
And that’s about it, except that according to Rowling’s website, she’s still in the beginnings of the book, both loving and dreading the task ahead of her. In her official correspondence with fans, she wrote "I don't think anyone who has not been in a similar situation can possibly know how this feels: I am alternately elated and overwrought. I both want, and don't want, to finish this book (don't worry, I will)."
So, Deathly Hallows. Now forgive us for seeing through the smoke and mirrors, and spoiling the magic for everyone as it were, but look away now if you don’t want to have any possibility of a surprise taken away from you (although good luck in keeping that up between now and the book / film’s release). We’re guessing that both of Harry’s parents, Dumbledore will make an appearance for the face-off with Voldemort. Maybe Silas Black too? Anyway, you get what we mean – a whole metaphysical battle scenario. This could shape up very nicely indeed, but the big question remains; will Harry survive…?
