From Comic-Con to the West End of London, the Simon Pegg and Nick Frost roadshow rolled into town last night with a mighty cast of **Paul **co-stars for the movie's premiere. And when we say 'mighty', we're talking Sigourney Weaver-grade mightiness.

Pegg and Frost ditched the Winnebago to stride the red carpet and fill in the assembled fans and press types on Greg Mottola's comedy sci-fi. The pair play a couple of road-tripping geeks who, after a trip to Comic-Con, find themselves travelling the US badlands with a small alien in tow and a variety of Feds in hot pursuit.

This time it was Weaver, Jason Bateman, Greg Mottola and Joe Lo Truglio following them down the carpet. Noomi Rapace, Weaver's heir apparent in Ridley Scott's eyes, was there too, presumably taking time out from hunting down Victorian villains in Sherlock Holmes 2.

Head herefor Empire's verdict on Paul. It's in cinemas from February 14, the perfect solution to all our Valentine's Day dilemmas.
