Back in November, the first trailer for The Ugly Truth came out, so it's about time that we got another look at the Gerard Butler / Katherine Heigl rom-com, one of those battle-of-the-sexes affairs which teaches us that women pull men by acting like hos. And right on cue, here's the second trailer to give us another taste of the film.

The story sees Heigl's TV producer forced to work with Butler's misogynist, hugely un-PC presenter, with the two settling on a bet: Heigl will follow Butler's instructions to get the man of her dreams, and if they don't work, he'll quit the show. Only things aren't that simple, as illustrated by that rueful glance he sends in her direction around the 1:42 mark.

The Ugly Truth is out here on August 14, and in the US on July 24.
