With a foreword by Gerard Butler and an introduction by director Dean DeBlois, Linda Sunshine's book goes through the development and execution of the Viking dragon riders in this second film. The town of Berk has changed considerably since last time: now it's designed for fire suppression of accidents caused by its new inhabitants rather than defence against rampaging dragons. What's more, Hiccup and his Viking friends have grown from mid-teens to twenty year-olds, and are beginning to take on adult responsibilities when not dragon-racing. How To Train Your Dragon 2 once again features the voices of Jay Baruchel, America Ferrara, Jonah Hill, Kristen Wiig, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Gerard Butler, Craig Ferguson and T.J. Miller, joined this time by Djimon Hounsou, Kit Harrington and Cate Blanchett. It will hit UK cinemas on July 4, following a US release date of June 13.
