You've already seen the rather nifty Captain America cover from the latest issue of **Empire, but now we have the lemony fresh inside pictures to go with it. Yes, that's even more Steve Rogers-y goodness for you, with a side order of Hugo Weaving's Johann Schmidt (prior to his Red Skull-ification) and Hayley Atwell's Peggy Carter. Keep your eyes peeled and you might even be able to spot Stanley Tucci's Abraham Erskine as well, and Tommy Lee Jones' Colonel Chester Phillips.
As you should all know by now, the film sees Chris Evans play weedy but patriotic Steve Rogers circa World War II, an army no-hoper transformed into a super-soldier by Erskine's revolutionary super-soldier serum. Only some Nazi ne'er-do-wells interfere with the plan to build an army of men just like him, and Rogers is left as the only one of his kind.
Captain America: The First Avenger is out on July 29 this year, and is shaping up rather well, judging by the photos so far and what we saw on set.
