The resolution is only teeny tiny but there’s enough here in this first promo to suggest that the Brendan Fraser-led series is back on form after the rather lamentable The Mummy Returns.
The Mummy: Tomb Of The Dragon Emperor finds the hardy treasure hunt Rick O’Connell joining forces with his all-growed up kid Alex and wife Evie (now looking less like Rachel Weisz and rather more like Maria Bello) as they are forced to do battle with Jet Li's eponymous bad guy and his rather large army of terracotta warriors.
With the witty repartee, big action and most importantly decent special effects (we still have nightmares about the shocking Scorpion King rendering), it’s looking like the Mummy tales are back on track. What do you think?
