Naturally, like so much about the film, Henwick's potential role is a mystery for now. But according to Deadline, Henwick impressed director Lana Wachowski in her audition and fits well with the aim to have a new Neo-style character in the movie.

Keanu Reeves (the original Neo) and Carrie-Anne Moss (Trinity) are already aboard and Aquaman's Yahya Abdul-Mateen II is on to play what some have rumoured is a young version of Morpheus, as portrayed in the original trilogy by Laurence Fishburne.

Henwick might prefer to forget Iron Fist (though she was one of the best things in it), but has a busy batch of films on the way, including Godzilla Vs. Kong, Monster Problems and Underwater.
