While Empire** **was talking to The Day Today and Knowing Me, Knowing You veteran Patrick Marber (oh, we believe he's also on a short list for an award from some bloke called Oscar later this month) we had to ask him where things were at concerning the Alan Partridge movie.
"There's no script. There is an idea," the screenwriter / playwright / comedian told us. "There’s an ongoing conversation, and Steve has had a very good idea of how to do an Alan Partridge film. Whether it will happen, or get written - or get written by me, I don’t know. But we’re talking about it."
