British actor Jamie Campbell-Bower has become the latest addition to the cast of Chris Weitz' vampire/werewolf mash-up, The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Would have been nice of him to mention to this the other night at the **Empire **Awards, eh?
Anyway, Campbell-Bower, who popped up in the likes of **RocknRolla **and **Sweeney Todd **last year, with **The Prisoner **still to come, will play one of the members of the Volturi, the Italian vampires who play a pivotal part in the further adventures of star-crossed lovers, Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) and L'Oreal's Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson).
Filming started last week in Vancouver; about time, too, given that the Summit release has been scheduled for a November 20 release.
