A Beginner's Guide To Endings has just picked up four new cast members in the shape of Dennis Hopper, J.K. Simmons, Tricia Helfer and Scott Caan, says The Hollywood Reporter.
Billed as a black comedy, **A Beginner's Guide **follows three brothers who discover they have only days to live and so set about trying to put right a lifetime of mistakes. Caan will play one of the brothers, with Hopper and Simmons' playing his father and uncle respectively. Now that's a hell of a family Christmas.
Helfer, who's best known as Battlestar Galactica's slinky Number Six, will play Caan's girlfriend, a woman with a sinister past.
Directed by first-timer Jonathan Sobol, shooting on A Beginner's Guide will start at the end of October in his hometown of Niagara Falls, New York.
