While her latest film. Netflix action comedy Red Notice is close to release, Gal Gadot is busy making plans for the future. She's now making a deal to play the evil Queen opposite Rachel Zegler in Disney's new, live-action take on Snow White.

Marc Webb is in the director's chair for the film, which will channel the original Brothers Grimm fairytale while – naturally – making some updates. And though the music from the 1938 animated film has long since passed into iconic status, La La Land Oscar winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul have been busy writing new songs for this film.

Though she's more normally associated with the heroic likes of Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, the idea of Gadot heading to the dark side certainly has appeal. Webb should have the cameras rolling next year, though there's no release date on the books just yet.
