Lyndsy Fonseca, who just finished shooting in Kick-Ass and is a star of US TV shows Big Love and How I Met Your Mother, has joined the cast of Hot Tub Time Machine. But don't be scared off by the title: this is not a porno. And it stars John Cusack and a whole heap of comedy guys.
The plot sees a group of guys hepped up on vodka and Red Bull somehow travel back in time in their hot tub. Cusack stars as one of the guys, with Fonseca as Jenny, the girlfriend who slipped away from him in 1987, who he revisits when he travels back.
Along with Cusack are Rob Corddry, Craig Robinson, Clark Duke, Lizzy Caplan, Crispin Glover, Sebastian Stan and Charlie McDermott. Accepted director Steve Pink is in charge, with a screenplay by Josh Heald. The whole thing's due out in the US next February; hopefully we'll see it here around the same time.
