Richard Curtis, maker of bazillions in box office dollars around the world as the writer of Four Weddings And A Funeral, Notting Hill and director of Love, Actually, has a new film on the cards, Empire learned today. The Boat That Rocked will be Curtis's second film as director (he'll also write). Full story details are currently under tight security inside Curtis's head, but the plot will concern a radio station that transmits from a boat. Curtis describes it as "Animal House meets Titanic". Which means it will make bazillions of dollars and make you feel a bit sick. The film is scheduled to shoot next year, for a 2008 release.
