The brand-new issue of Empire officially goes on sale today (from all good and evil newsagents). As you’re doubtless aware, it features James Cameron’s 3D epic, Avatar, on the cover – and now we can exclusively reveal two more shots from the year’s most anticipated film.
The first shot reveals the movie’s villain, Stephen Lang’s hard-as-nails and literally battle-scarred Col. Miles Quaritch, piloting a human battleship known as the Dragon, while the second gives you your first look at Sigourney Weaver in her human guise as Dr. Grace Augustine, a human scientist who works with Sam Worthington’s Jake Sully on the alien planet of Pandora.
Want more still? Well, you’ll have to pick up the new issue to feast your eyes on astonishing images of Worthington and co-star Zoe Saldana in their CG Na’vi guises.
