Cowabunga! The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are back in CG ‘toon movie form with TMNT.
Writer-director Kevin Munroe brought the first teaser trailer to the film to San Diego’s Comic-Con, treating audiences to fresh footage showing Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo in action.
He also gave some new detail about the plot – the film will see the Turtles in disarray with Leonardo spending a year travelling the world training to be a better warrior, as his brothers attempt to find their own way back in New York. Raphael wants to resume their crime-fighting duties, but their master Splinter cautions them against it. Then a new enemy arrives with a boatload of monsters and the heroes in a half-shell have to reunite to fight evil.
