While we don't yet know exactly when The Boys will be back on Prime Video (it should return next year), the team behind the superhero satire is keeping the teases coming so it doesn't leave our minds. The first of the new looks at Season 3 is an image of Laurie Holden as Crimson Countess.
Which exact version of the character the show will be portraying remains to be seen – there is a Crimson Countess who served with Jensen Ackles' Soldier Boy in World War II, but another is in the present day with a team called Payback, and that may well be the person we meet (though the news clip below has a different possibility.
Effectively a parody of Scarlett Witch, she's just one of the new characters we'll meet – there's also Sean Patrick Flanery as Supersonic, Nick Wechsler as Gunpowder, and Miles Gaston Villanueva as Blue Hawk.
Also new out from the Boys promo team is an episode of the Fox News-alike in-show Vought News Network's "Seven on 7" segment, which here features hints at stories that will pop up in the new season.
