Loki is done and dusted (for now, at least, but with a second season in the works) and our collective, Marvel-watching attention is about to turn to animated anthology series What If...? But what of the future beyond that? Several more Marvel/Disney+ series have been in production and now we know the next main series date, as Hawkeye's initial episode will arrive in November.

The series features Jeremy Renner's Clint Barton as he takes on a mentee called Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld), a talented archer in her own right who also happens to be something of a fan of his. Oh, and she comes loaded with her own problems that Clint will need to help sort out.

As those who've read the news previously (or – spoiler alert – hung around for the end credits of Black Widow) will know, Florence Pugh will be bringing Yelena Belova to the cast, while the ensemble also includes Vera Farmiga as Kate's mother, Eleanor, Zahn McClarnon as William Lopez, Alaqua Cox as Maya Lopez, Tony Dalton as Jack Duquesne, Fra Fee as Kazi and Brian D'Arcy James in an undisclosed role.

Johnathan Igla and Tanner Bean are in charge of the writing side, while Rhys Thomas, Amber Templemore-Finlayson and Katie Ellwood are directing. The show officially kicks off on 24 November via Disney+.
