The cast list is undergoing a change for Netflix's Stephen King adaptation In The Tall Grass. Though James Marsden had been set to star, he's out due to schedule issues and the film will now be lead by Patrick Wilson.

Splice director Vincenzo Natali is adapting the book, and will call the shots this summer in Toronto. The story follows Cal and Becky, siblings who are on a cross-country drive. When they hear a child calling out for help, they stop the car in a church parking lot and realise the boy’s cries are coming from a field across the road. Cal and a pregnant Becky trudge through the tall grass in hopes of rescuing the boy, but it will naturally not be that easy...

Laysla De Oliveira, Harrison Gilbertson, Avery Whitted, Rachel Wilson, Will Buie Jr. are also all in the cast. Shooting should kick off soon and Netflix plans to stream the film next year. In terms of big screen work, Wilson will next show up in Aquaman, out on 14 December.
