Born from Dwayne Johnson randomly catching a British documentary about the family of WWE wrestling champ Paige while shooting Fast & Furious 6 in London, the film version of Fighting With My Family arrives in September. The first clip, featuring Johnson talking a little smack, is online.
It's all in aid of offering advice to wannabe wrestling siblings Zak (Jack Lowden) and future Paige Raya (Florence Pugh) Knight. Of course, we know that Raya in particular goes on to much greater heights, but it's fun to see The Rock back in full Wrestlemania mode, even if it is for just a few moments.
Nick Frost and Lena Headey play Ricky and Julia Knight, Raya's parents, while Stephen Merchant writes and directs. Fighting With My Family is headed our way on 28 September.
