Original Title:

Young Lady Chatterly

This has the American niece of the original Lady C. (Harlee McBride) inheriting the family stately home along with a tendency to indulge in soft-focus rumpo with the hired help while Debussy burbles on the soundtrack.

Especially memorable is a flashback to the original Lady Chatterley upbraiding her presumptuous gamekeeper, and there's a Tom Jones-inspired food-slurping orgy at the end if you can bear to get that far.
