Psychic Zach Galligan has trickily photographed dreams in which he witnesses strangulation murders, and is made to look especially guilty in front of the police when he gets the feeling that the mad killer terrorising the city is a respected psychology professor (Michael Nouri) who happens to be dating the teacher (Catherine Mary Stewart) Zach would most like to do an after-school assignment with. The psychic-vs-psycho plot is one of the most overworked themes in low-budget cinema, but this is at least snappily scripted, properly acted and directed with some style by George Mihalka.
