Original Title:

Loving You

Vaguely based on Elvis' rise to recording stardom, this audaciously casts 40s femme fatale Lizabeth Scott in the Colonel Parker role, and finds the Big E learning how success equals heartbreak in showbiz while he belts out some pretty decent numbers: Got A Lot 0' Livin' To Do, Lonesome Cowboy, Mean Woman Blues, Loving You.

Future nun Dolores Hart is the love interest: she wrote a "memorable" article about the experience called What It's Like To Kiss Elvis.

Rock. And. Roll.
