You might have seen Empire's recent exclusive image and chat with star Dave Bautista about Zack Snyder's Army Of The Dead (see the image above and find the interview here). Now we know that the movie will be arriving on Netflix in May.
Army Of The Dad finds Ella Purnell’s Kate headed into a dangerous, quarantined Las Vegas, site of a zombie outbreak, intending to discover the source of the undead problem. When she becomes trapped in the zone, her dad (Bautista) assembles a group of mercenaries to help rescue her, with the gang tempted by the chance to rob the casinos while they’re there.
The cast also includes Omari Hardwick, Theo Rossi, Garret Dillahunt, Raül Castillo, Tig Notaro and Ana de la Reguera, and the full release date is confirmed as 21 May. Snyder has also announced that the teaser trailer will drop on Thursday this week.
