It pains us to write the name Xzibit. Not just because it's a very silly name for a grown man, but because it also makes our subs and our spell-check cry. And that's just not nice on a Monday morning. But write it we must, since Xzibit (real name Alvin Joiner) has joined the cast of Oliver Stone's Pinkville.
The rapper will play a soldier in the drama based on the 1968 My Lai Massacre, which saw over 500 people, including women and children, killed by US soldiers. Mr Zibit will play a soldier who believes that he acted blamelessly. Bruce Willis, Channing Tatum and Woody Harrelson are already on board.
If the likes of Lethal Bizzle or Lil' Bow Wow join the cast, we will refuse to report it.
