David Duchovny, in the country ostensibly to promote the X-Files movie, has spent a large proportion of his time slagging it off. In an interview in the Radio Times, he called the show far-fetched and "full of holes" and added, "I'd love to be off the TV show, but because of my greed I have to give them an extra two years." Asked whether he understood the scripts, he replied, "Enough to know they don't make sense."
