Forget Vancouver standing in for Seattle, or the Isle Of Man playing Canada, the producers of Palo Alto – set in the California town – have opted to go straight to the source and shoot in the place itself.
Which is why Tom Arnold, Ben Savage, Autumn Reeser, Johnny Lewis, Justin Mentell and Aaron Ashmore have found themselves there for the indie film’s production, with Brad Leong at the helm.
The plot has four college students gathering on the last night of a Thanksgiving break, the first time the four friends have been home since going off to university. Naturally, old issues bubble up, because if they didn’t the film would be awfully short.
