Christopher Walken signing up to play the villain in a table tennis film called Balls Of Fury. It’s just too easy to hit that comedy headline across the net.
Walken will play Fang (honestly), an evil crime boss who is also a champion pingpong player. Tony-scooping Broadway actor and film newcomer Dan Fogler will play a disgraced former player recruited by the CIA to play a tournament in Fang’s lair.
Created by the brain behind cult US comedy cop series Reno 911, Thomas Lennon and Robert Ben Garant, the film will be written by the pair and directed by Garant in June.
