After some development issues and a spate in turnaround that made its future cloudy, Vince Vaughn and director Peter Billingsley's stab at crime drama, Term Life, is finally ready to hit screens. The first trailer for the film has arrived.

The plot follows Nick Barrow (Vaughn), who plans heists and comes up with tricks for career criminals. Unfortunately for him, he’s managed to annoy just about everyone, especially when one of the most recent crimes he helped plan goes bad. With mob bosses, corrupt cops and hit men on his trail, Nick decides he wants to finally do something good and takes out a big life insurance policy out on himself, payable to his estranged daughter Cate (Hailee Steinfeld). There’s just one small hitch: it takes 21 days to take effect, and he’ll be lucky to live 21 hours…

The trailer doesn't exactly do the film that many favours, and the poster, which you can find below, is honestly even worse – what is with the hair and Vaughn's tiny arms?

Still, the movie will have a chance to prove itself, though there's no sign of a UK release just yet. It arrives in the US via VOD on March 1 ahead of a theatrical release on April 8.
