Garry Marshall must watch a lot of Grey’s Anatomy, for today he bolstered his already massive and very impressive Valentine’s Day cast with not only McDreamy, but also McSteamy.
For those who don’t watch Grey’s, that’s Patrick Dempsey and Eric Dane, two of the hunky doctors on the medical show. And they’ll line up alongside the already-cast likes of (deep breath) Julia Roberts, Emma Roberts, Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba, Anne Hathaway, Jennifer Garner, Topher Grace, Bradley Cooper, Ashton Kutcher, and Shirley MacLaine.
That’s quite an attractive cast. Seriously, this movie’s going to be so good-looking you won’t know whether to watch it or hump it.
Anyway, Dane will play a quarterback who’s not sure if he should retire. Dempsey will play another doctor – this time an obstetrician who’s cheating on his wife with Jennifer Garner’s character, unbeknownst to her. Boo! Hiss! Rotter! Cad! Etc. etc.
Filming on the romantic comedy, which will tell five overlapping LA love stories, begins this week. New Line is stumping up the cash.
