Former Saturday Night Live partners Tina Fey and Amy Poehler just can’t get enough of working together. Though Fey has now ditched SNL to write and star in her own comedy (30 Rock – which is, er, about an SNL-type show), they’re teaming back up for a new Universal comedy called Baby Mama.

The story follows a single career woman who tries to combine having a child and staying on track with her career and ends up hiring a surrogate.

This time, the pair are leaving the writing in the hands of others, or, more specifically, other – Michael McCullers, who co-wrote the Austin Powers sequels. He’s also making his directorial debut with the movie, which will shoot next summer (it’s the only time the two leads have available).
