Shortly after its final season landed on Netflix, we learned that Tina Fey, Robert Carlock and the team behind madcap sitcom Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt would be producing a spin-off special that follows the characters' further (mis)adventures, with an interactive twist. Check out the first tiny teaser below, which promises Daniel Radcliffe and the return of Jon Hamm as the Reverend Richard Wayne Gary Wayne.
In fact, the special will revolve around Kimmy trying to overcome the Reverend's latest twisted scheme. Per the official description: "Kimmy (Ellie Kemper) sets off on her biggest adventure yet. Three states! Explosions! A dancing hamburger! And you, the viewer, get to decide how the story goes. Will you foil the Reverend’s evil plan and get Kimmy to her wedding on time? Or will you accidentally start a war against the robots?"
The new episode will employ similar technology to Black Mirror's Bandersnatch interactive adventure, though we'd imagine this one will be a little funnier. It'll hit Netflix on 12 May.
