Acording to an interview in the New York Daily News, X-Files creator Chris Carter has confirmed that a sequel to the recent movie, The X-Files: Fight the Future, is already at the planning stage. The film will begin production next summer with a view to getting it finished in time to hit the screens in the summer of 2000, just as the final TV series ends. "It's a Herculean task to do it in that time frame, but we're going to try, " Carter told the New York Daily News. Let's hope he makes it.
