'Trenchcoat killers' Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris left video tapes requesting that either Steven Spielberg or Quentin Tarantino make a film of their 'story', it has been revealed. The pair, who slaughtered fellow school mates at Columbine High School in April, died after turning their guns on themselves, belonged to a 'club' of outcasts in the school who wore distinctive black trenchcoats.

In the tape they laugh and say, "directors will be fighting over this story", before citing Spielberg and Tarantino as they only directors they trust with the story.
