Brandon Camp, director of the forthcoming Jennifer Aniston/Aaron Eckhart romantic drama Traveling, has chosen his next project: Choose.
A thriller about a journalism grad student (Katheryn Winnick) hunting down a serial killer with the help of her detective dad (Kevin Pollak) and a psychiatrist (Bruce Dern), Choose represents something of a sea change for Camp from Traveling, which will be released next year.
However, he’s only wearing his writing-producing hat for this one, along with his partner, Mike Thompson. Oscar-winning visual effects supervisor turned second unit director, Robert Legato, is the one calling the shots on the film, which is currently shooting in New York.
We wish them well: Empire is always interested to see movies about crusading journalists, although we're not sure about the whole hunting for a serial killer business. People might start to get ideas...
