Transformers 2 “Wins” At The Razzies

Traditionally held the night before the Oscars, the Golden Raspberry Awards point and laugh at what their voters consider the worst films of the year. And Michael Bay’s Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen came in for the biggest prod with the Razzie schtick, scooping Worst Film, Worst Director and Worst Screenplay.

Sadly, the director decided not to bring his Bayhem to the event, which also (dis)honoured the Jonas Brothers (who shared Worst Actor for basically playing themselves), Billy Ray Cyrus as Worst Supporting Actor for Hannah Montana and Sienna Miller got Worst Supporting Actress for G.I. Joe.

Sandra Bullock picked up Worst Actress (along with Worst Screen Couple with Bradley Cooper) for All About Steve, and when we say picked up, Bullock had the good grace and sense of humour to actually show, delivering a funny, self-deprecating acceptance speech that you can see right here{ =nofollow}.

And if Bullock ascends to the podium at tonight’s Academy Awards, she’ll become the first person to win a Razzie and an Oscar in the same year. Quite an achievement, we think you’ll agree.

For the full list of winners, see the Official Razzie Homepage.
