You might think Tobey Maguire would be a little busy, between gearing up to slip the Spidey suit back on and preparing for Gary Ross' The Details, but his producer side apparently doesn't need to rest, as he's set up comedy drama Prisoners Of Trebek with Fox.
Trebek? That would be Alex Trebek, the host of US TV game show Jeopardy, famously spoofed by Will Ferrell on SNL{
And it's not a torture porn outing as the title might suggest - the plot finds a man attempting to win big on the show, but instead finding himself and falling in love. It's described by the team at Pajiba as "a heartstring-playing pic with elements of a Charlie Kaufman film."
The script by William Wheeler is already finished and if the project can find a director, it also has Maguire attached to star, though chances are it'll be waiting a while for his schedule to open up.
