Timothy Olyphant Joins I Am Number Four

There’s a change being made on the set of DreamWorks’ sci-fi pic I Am Number Four, with Sharlto Copley dropping out and Justified’s Timothy Olyphant taking his place.

Sadly for Copley, his press duties promoting The A-Team will keep him busy as the movie starts shooting (though while that's the official line, Film Drunk has a slightly different explanation). DJ Caruso’s film finds a group of nine aliens hiding out on Earth after their planet was torched by a rival species. The title character – played by Alex Pettyfer – discovers that their enemies have arrived on our planet and are hunting them down.

Olyphant will slip into Copley’s role of Henri, a mentor and guardian to our hero. Thankfully, he’s got some time between starring as Deputy Marshal Raylan Givens...
