An unknown British lass may have already been cast as Lady Penelope, but Tracy Island got its first real star today when it was confirmed Titanic and Frailty actor Bill Paxton is in negotiations to play the patriarch of the International Rescue clan in the new live-action film version of Thunderbirds. With shooting scheduled to begin in March on location in the Seychelles, Paxton is set to fill the mighty shoes of Jeff Tracy, the billionaire and former astronaut whose kids, Scott, Virgil, Alan, Gordon John - and of course, speccy inventor Brains
