Oded Fehr, Mike Epps and Iain Glen are all reprising their Resident Evil: Apocalypse roles for Resident Evil: Extinction, the third film in the zombie game series. Milla Jovovich is already signed on to return.

The story follows Alice (Jovovich) who is now on the run from the powerful Umbrella corporation with the few survivors of the last film. They’re part of a caravan cutting through the Nevada Desert on the long road to Alaska. Hunted by Umbrella’s sinister Dr Isaacs, as well as bloodthirsty zombies, Alice is out for revenge against the corporation.

Fehr returns as commando Carlos Olivera, Glen plays the scheming Dr Isaacs and Mike Epps is LJ, one of the survivors of the last film. Paul WS Anderson has written the script, but Russell Highlander Mulcahy is directing.
