Three actors have joined the cast of Nancy Kissam’s dark comedy, Drool.

Oded Fehr – best known still as Ardeth Bay in the first two Mummy movies – has signed on, along with Mulholland Drive’s Laura Harring and Jill Marie Jones.

The comedy, which won the 2006 Slamdance screenplay competition, revolves around Harring, who plays an abused wife who accidentally kills her boorish husband (Fehr).

In a panic, she then embarks on a cross-country drive with her best friend (Jones)… and the body. How the title fits in, we’re not sure, but all will be revealed in due course.

Excited by this, readers? Could be a festival-courting dark horse? Or will this end up heading straight to DVD?
