Following a nasty stunt mishap on set back in March that left star Dylan O'Brian recovering from facial wounds and other injuries, third Maze Runner film, The Death Cure, has been on a filming hiatus. The cameras should finally be rolling again in February.

Deadline reports that the film – which has seen its return to shooting delayed once before – will be back in production early next year, now O'Brien has had time to recoup and fit in other work commitments. The extra time means that the movie will need to find another location for shooting.

The third film, directed once again by Wes Ball, will find O'Brien's Thomas and his comrades racing against time to find a cure for the deadly disease known as the Flare. Originally planned to arrive February 2017 in the US (and January 2017 here), the release schedule has simply shifted a year later.
