Terry George, the man who brought us Hotel Rwanda, is switching to fiction for his next film – but emotions are still running high.
Based on Jonathan Burnham Schwartz’s novel, Reservation Road follows two men whose lives slowly start to fall apart after a terrible death. One is a celebrated professor at a college who swears revenge for the crime, breaking his family apart. The other wrestles with his guilt over the killing and hopes to get caught.
With a script adapted by Schwartz, the film will kick off in Connecticut this October.
